My passion for mediation began in 2018, representing NUS as a Mediator in the IV NLS NMC Mediation Competition and being a co-trainer at the Peacemakers Conference (2019).

 

Since becoming a SIMI Accredited Mediator (Level 1) in 2020, I have been dedicated to empowering parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements through open and constructive dialogue. I create a safe and neutral space for individuals to express their needs, guiding them toward collaborative solutions and positive outcomes.

My experience includes being a coach for the Ministry of Law Maintenance Enforcement Officers in Conciliation Workshop (2024), judging the CDRC-A&G Inter Varsity Cup (2023), co-mediating a high-value family dispute with Sage Mediation (2022), and volunteering as a coach at the Peacemakers Conference (2021).

 

Additionally, I served as a Judge for the RGNUL Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition (2021) and International Mediation Singapore (2020).
